Hallelujah! Let the heavens rejoice!

9th March 2008. Steven

Happy Birthday to you, Steven!

Steven baptised in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

他哭了...tears of joy? touched by God's love ;)
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!

Check out his testimony at http://www.shalom3.com/

What touches me most was the faithfulness of God through it all. The very first service Steven attended was the service when Pastor Eugene, from Singapore`s Faith Community Baptist Church, gave a message about us being God`s dream.

Indeed, God never ever gave up on us even when we thought we were so unworthy.. thank you God, for loving us beyond all measure and understanding. We don`t deserve it, that is why GRACE is so precious.

And while I was excited and happy for Steven, God also used this opportunity to reveal His love to me and showed me that He has been in control all along, never taking His eyes off any of us. I felt something tingling inside me and realised that it was the warmth of a fresh baptism of God`s love upon me.

Because love is patient, love is kind.

And God is love.

Amen!

All glory be to God!

    Hello,
This is Mark, Steven's buddy from Chicago (kinda funny calling him Steven). Wow, was he actually crying or did water get in his nose, causing him to ball up tears? Anyhow, it is refreshing to see the evolution in him. Although we only became friends since 2004, it feels like a life time. I think it is a cliche when people use the term "best friend", however, in the case of him, I think our friendship is certainly as close as it gets. He has been there for me for ups and downs, through thick and thin, I am very thankful of him. A religious belief keeps faith in people, and this optimistic enthusiam will rub off to everybody around him. May he be that positive ray of light for all in his presence. Please take care of my boy, he is a good man. Most sincerely yours, Mark Lin
